Dr Nyi was wonderful. He is extremely caring and put me at ease. He explained everything in detail, so I knew what to expect. I was surprised that there was hardly any pain and this was easily manageable. Dr Nyi has an excellent attention to detail. He had my implant worked on until it was perfect. I am delighted with my implant. I had no problems following the fitting and my dentist is delighted. I was really pleased with the payment plan as I could pay in reasonable amounts as the work was carried out. This made it affordable for me.

I was so anxious when the practice changed hands several years ago, but I was met with a lot of compassion and understanding by Komala. I was also very grateful to see a familiar face with one of the dental nurses who had been around since I was a teenager. I've even managed to get through all of the work I needed done due to avoiding the dentist in general in adulthood, and I feel much more confident about my visits now. Having been a patient at this practice for several years I have been very aware of the development of its premises and dental services. Considerable progress has been achieved whilst a genuine team of staff have shown a keen interest in offering plenty of professional options and treatments for its patients. I've always been terrified of Dentists and yesterday I had to have an hour long appt for my gum recession at the Folkestone Clinic. To say I was terrified was an understatement. However, the dentist and her nurse were so nice putting me at my ease and explaining everything. The treatment was done with so much care and efficiency. I have to return in a month for my second session but I won't be such a bundle of nerves next time knowing I'll be in good hands.
